 CSX Forestry & Timber is a vertically integrated Chilean grower, producer and importer of plantation grown radiate pine products from central Chile.
We serve as North American commercial arm of well established, diversified, Chilean agro-businesses partnered for over 15 years.
Recognized leaders in seafood and aquaculture since 1990, the group now owns and operates Radiata pine plantations, a kiln drying plant and state of the art processing facility.
New to the United States in 2006, we are proud to offer strategic, long term supply of cut stocks, blocks, heat treated pallet components, and joinery to select customers. Uses include factory panel doors, moulding, furniture construction, fencing, form work, packing cases, paneling, boxes and crates, and cabinet construction to name a few. Radiata pine in particularly useful because it can be readily sawn, has good nail holding power, can be easily stained, and when treated with preservatives, is suitable for long life applications in the ground.
